Biografia d'Arthur Stanley Eddington (anglès)
Arthur Stanley Eddington (28 de desembre de 1882 - 22 de novembre de 1944), astrònom, físic i matemàtic britànic, el primer científic a ensenyar relativitat en anglès, El límit d'intensitat lluminosa dels objectes densos a la natura s'anomena "límit Eddington". El 1919, va escriure "The Relative Theory Report of Gravity" i va introduir per primera vegada la teoria de la relativitat general d'Einstein al món anglès. Les seves obres inclouen "Stellars and Atoms", "Internal Structure of Stars", "Basic Theory", "Science and the Unknown World", "The Expanding Universe: Important Data for Astronomy", "The Theory of Relativity of Protons and Electrons", "The Relativity of the Physical World" "Nature", "Science's New Path" i així successivament.
